Hatha Vinyasa

Hatha Vinyasa is a class that combines elements of both Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa. Hatha is a slower paced, more static practice in which more time is spent in each posture. Vinyasa is generally faster paced, and has a more dynamic flow of movements and fluid sequencing. This class mixes both styles, allowing the student to enter a meditative state through movement and work on both strength and flexibility.
