Power Vinyasa

Power vinyasa is an energetic, intense variation of vinyasa yoga. It includes flowing sequences of poses and unification of breath with movement like in vinyasa, but has a strong emphasis on core strength and flexibility. It often includes repetitive, strength building movements, all the while never losing its mindfulness and meditative quality. It is a challenging class, letting students discover and experiment with their physical and mental stamina.
